The use of the building is what counts …

With our intelligent GOBAPLAN, GOBAPLUS, GOBACAR®, GOBASPORT and GOBASCHOOL systems, we erect buildings from prefabricated elements. The modular concept allows a high degree of flexibility in planning, and results in individual building solutions. This calls for a great deal of thorough and meticulous working during the planning stage, but it pays off later in the construction phase, for example, through time savings, quality advantages, and benefits in terms of safety and the environment.

GOBAPLAN
With the GOBAPLAN system we build individual buildings, groups of buildings, and industrial parks. We have a long reference list of buildings for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including office buildings for trade and industry, head offices, local administration buildings, technology centres and business premises.

GOBAPLUS
Halls for manufacturing and trading companies constitute the largest area of application for the GOBAPLUS modular construction systems. These are typically production halls with a bright open working environment, halls for shipping and storage companies — also temperature-controlled — specialist markets and shopping centres. Further applications include presentation and exhibition centres that can probably not be adequately described by the word halls.

GOBASCHOOL and GOBASPORT
Our GOBASCHOOL and GOBASPORT systems have been devised for the construction of school buildings and school sports halls. Thanks to the prefabricated modular construction technique, the projects can be completed in the shortest possible time. Alternative financing as a Public Private Partnership is also a possibility here.

GOBACAR®
The GOBACAR® system has been developed for the construction of multi-storey car parks with creative, user-friendly design options. With its prefabricated modular construction technique, single and multi-storey car parks can be erected quickly and in outstanding quality.

You benefit from our experience: More than 350 car parks with over 120,000 parking spaces have been built with the GOBACAR® system.

GOBASOLAR
The sun offers us a free source of energy that could satisfy the world's energy needs 10,000 times over. A sustainable and responsible corporate policy requires that we make use of this resource. With its GOBASOLAR system, GOLDBECK delivers the expertise needed to build and operate commercial solar power systems.
